From chef to CEO to AI entrepreneur — an unusual path. But that's exactly why it works.
Thomas trained as a master chef at the Mettnaustube Radolfzell — his father's restaurant. A solid craft, but not his endpoint.
The transition came with Ausgezeichnet.org — one of the leading review portals and trust seal providers in the German-speaking market. As CEO Thomas helped build the company, learning digital marketing, sales, customer management, and the online world from the ground up.
This experience led to a collaboration with ICONY — a CMS provider for dating platforms. Thomas recognized the opportunity and founded the Jobsingles Dating Network: specialized dating sites for professional groups like police, firefighters, farmers, and medical professionals. What started as one platform grew into a network of 11 domains in Germany and Switzerland.
Today Thomas is building seeside.ai — the next step: GDPR-compliant AI agents for tradespeople, law firms, and SMEs. Everything self-hosted, everything built in-house — with three AI agents as a team.
