What does a personal AI agent cost?+
Setup costs a one-off €4,900 net, running it €249 net per month. That covers operation, monitoring, maintenance and AI model costs up to €80 a month. If they go higher, we talk to you first and bill the extra at cost. You can cancel monthly.
How is a personal AI agent different from ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT answers questions. Your agent knows your company, your contacts and your documents, remembers what you discussed last week and follows up on its own. It works in your channel and we look after it.
Can the agent book or buy things on its own?+
No, on purpose. It prepares bookings, orders and requests down to the last detail and sends you the link or the draft. You confirm. That way a mistake never costs money.
Is an AI assistant for managing directors GDPR-compliant?+
Yes, if it is set up properly. The agent runs on a server in Frankfurt or on yours, we use AI providers with a data processing agreement, your content is not used for training, and you receive a DPA from us.
How long does the setup take?+
Usually about two weeks from the intake to the start of operation, including a test week in which we adjust everything that does not fit yet.
How do I cancel?+
By e-mail to kontakt@seeside.ai, at the end of any month. What the agent knows belongs to you: we delete it or hand it over.
Do I need any technical knowledge?+
No. You write or talk to the agent like to an assistant. Everything technical is our job.
